Privacy Policy

What information is used, where it goes, and how to contact us about it.

Using TagVoxaThese terms and privacy information apply to TagVoxa. Review the service, payment and data-handling details before creating an account, generating or purchasing.

1. About this policy

This policy describes information processed for TagVoxa at tagvoxa.com. Contact support@tagvoxa.com for privacy questions or requests. It covers the TagVoxa site and account service; external providers also have their own policies.

2. Information we process

Account information: the account identity, name, email and profile information supplied during registration or Google sign-in, protected password credentials for email login, verification and password-reset records, session records and the information needed to associate your account with purchases and works. TagVoxa does not ask for or receive your Google password.

Generation information: submitted scripts, optional pronunciation spelling, selected voices, photos, names and occasion text, scene and motion choices, generated files and task status. We associate accepted tasks and results with your account to deliver them, check the original request and resolve failures.

Billing information: customer, purchase, subscription, payment status, credit grants, receipts and transaction references. Stripe processes payment details in checkout; TagVoxa does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Support information: the email, optional name, issue category and message you submit, together with the product and page reference needed to handle the request. Our hosting and other providers may also process network, device and security information needed to operate their services.

3. Why we use information

We use this information to sign you in, provide requested generation and storage, show works and task status, manage payments and credits, answer support requests, prevent abuse and investigate failures. We also retain information needed to meet applicable accounting, security and legal obligations.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing the requested service, necessary legitimate interests such as security and support, applicable legal obligations, and consent where required. The appropriate basis depends on the processing activity and applicable law. We do not treat acceptance of these terms as a blanket consent to unrelated processing.

4. Choosing, saving and generating from photos

Choosing a photo creates a preview in this browser tab. Choosing alone does not upload the photo or send it to a generation model. Reloading clears the local photo selections.

Save photos privately uploads selected photos to private account storage where that feature is available. Saving alone does not send a generation request or charge generation credits. Generate saves the required inputs if needed and submits the photos and instructions for model processing. Rap preparation can create a combined image before the video request.

Replace photo and Remove photo clear a local selection and its prepared reference. They do not delete a previously saved upload, a submitted task or a generated work. Reloading also does not delete saved uploads or accepted tasks. Request deletion through support if you want stored information removed.

Private account access does not mean generation providers never receive inputs. Photos may be accessed by the generation services involved in your request. Do not upload a person’s photo without permission to process and animate it, or submit photos of children or sensitive documents.

5. Providers and information sharing

Google provides optional sign-in. Zoho CPaaS delivers email verification and password-reset messages and receives the email address and message needed for delivery. Cloudflare provides hosting and private object storage, and Neon provides account, task and billing database storage. KIE AI processes audio, dance and rap-video requests; fal processes the image-composition stage of a rap request. Their model partners may also receive the inputs required for the selected model. For rap, the composed image can pass from the image provider to the video provider.

Stripe processes checkout, subscription management and refunds. Formspree receives Support form submissions. Each provider receives information relevant to its role; using one provider for sign-in does not mean all your scripts and photos are sent to that provider for sign-in.

Provider processing and retention follow their applicable terms and policies. TagVoxa’s media availability period does not set a deletion deadline for copies processed by other providers. We do not promise that all providers retain no inputs or exclude all model-improvement uses. We do not automatically publish uploaded photos or saved works in a public TagVoxa gallery.

We may disclose information when required by law or needed to investigate fraud, protect rights and respond to a valid legal request. We do not sell your submitted photos, scripts or personal information. We do not include advertising trackers. Optional analytics remains off unless it is configured and you explicitly allow it. When enabled, Umami receives page paths, selected referring-site domains and connection information (IP address and browser user agent) to produce visit statistics. Referring-page paths, URL queries and fragments, scripts, photos and private work are not sent. You can withdraw permission using Optional analytics at the bottom of the page; your choice is not saved across visits.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Account functions use session cookies to keep you signed in and protect account requests. Blocking or clearing them can interrupt sign-in. Google and Stripe may use cookies on their own services under their policies.

Browser session storage can retain script drafts and an account-bound original-task pointer so you can return to your work. That pointer is separate from photo files and server task records; clearing a browser pointer does not delete those records. Local script editing and copying do not themselves submit a generation request.

7. Retention and deletion

The service provides access to uploaded photos for 7 days after saving and generated audio and video for 7 days after completion, subject to deletion requests and safety restrictions. Export available results within that period. Paid credits and subscription periods do not extend media retention. Account records are retained while the account is active, with billing and legal records retained as required. Expiry of access is separate from permanent deletion. Contact support to request deletion of stored media. Removing a browser selection is not a deletion request.

We retain support and security information as needed to resolve the relevant issue, operate the service and meet applicable obligations. Deletion requests may leave records needed for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal requirements. We will explain relevant limits rather than promising that every copy held by every provider disappears immediately.

8. Security and international processing

Account and download endpoints use authentication and access controls, and the service is designed to use HTTPS and private storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your email and Google accounts and do not publish private download links or send card details through support.

Our providers may process information in countries outside your place of residence. Applicable safeguards and data-transfer rules depend on the provider relationship and the laws that apply. We do not promise that every input remains in your country or that private storage is the same as processing only on your device.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

Contact support@tagvoxa.com from your registered account email to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. We verify account ownership before processing a private-data request and aim to respond within 3–5 business days; legal response deadlines apply where required.

You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority where applicable. A deletion request does not automatically request a refund or cancel subscription renewal; tell support if you need those actions as well. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide an appropriate method.

The photo features are intended for consenting adults, and the service is not directed at children. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, contact support so we can investigate and address it.

10. Policy updates and contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to support@tagvoxa.com or through Support on the site. We will update this page when practices change and provide notice of material changes where required.

Optional analytics

Allow page-visit statistics to help us improve TagVoxa. We do not send your scripts, photos or private work to analytics. Your choice lasts for this visit; you can change it here at any time.

Optional analytics is off until you choose to allow it.
