1. About these terms and the service
TagVoxa ("TagVoxa", "we", "us") is the service brand at tagvoxa.com. Questions about the service, purchases or these terms can be sent to support@tagvoxa.com.
These terms apply to your use of TagVoxa. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for that organization. You must be legally able to enter into the agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
TagVoxa creates short audio signatures, photo-based dance videos and two-person rap videos. Results are delivered digitally through your account; there is no physical shipment. Only features shown as available in the tool can be used. A preview, sample or pricing page does not itself create an order, subscription or generation task.
2. Your account
Sign in with Google or a verified email and password to access account features. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and give accurate information when buying or contacting support. Do not share access, impersonate another person, or create accounts to bypass allowances or restrictions. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your account associates purchases, credits and generated works with you. We may restrict access where needed to investigate fraud, abuse, unlawful content or security threats. A restriction does not remove any refund or other rights required by law.
3. Your inputs and permissions
Audio accepts up to 100 characters, with an optional pronunciation spelling of up to 32 characters. Submit your own words or words you have permission to use. Audio uses preset voices; it does not clone a submitted voice.
Dance uses one adult or original bipedal mascot with the whole body visible. Rap uses two separate portraits of adults, an animal duo, or an adult with an original humanoid character. Each photo is limited to 10 MB. The tool shows the accepted formats and framing requirements. You must have permission both to upload the photo and to animate the person depicted. Do not submit photos of children.
You keep any rights you already hold in your inputs. You authorize TagVoxa and the service providers involved in your request to process, transform, store and deliver the inputs and results as needed to provide the service. Saving a photo privately does not submit it for generation; generating a video sends the required photos and instructions to generation providers.
Do not submit unlawful material, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, harassment, or content that violates copyright, privacy or likeness rights. Do not bypass security, extract credentials, interfere with the service or use automation to evade limits. Do not remove required provider notices or use outputs in ways prohibited by the applicable model terms.
4. AI results and usage rights
AI generation is variable. Identity, movement, pronunciation, timing and lip sync may differ from the input or your expectations. Rap generates an original English performance and beat; exact lyrics, existing songs and voice cloning are not supported. Review results before publishing, performing or using them in another project. Do not present synthetic media as a genuine recording of a person.
A paid plan provides eligible exports; it does not by itself clear copyright, music, trademark or likeness rights. Commercial use depends on the rights in your inputs, the applicable model terms and your intended use. We do not promise exclusive output ownership or a blanket commercial license.
Outputs can resemble outputs made for other users. We do not guarantee originality, copyright protection, non-infringement, or a particular artistic result. A style preference alone is not a technical generation failure. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Credits, free allowance and exports
Credits are shared across tools. The current video costs are 5 credits for a 8-second dance and 6 credits for a 12-second rap video. Each tool shows its cost before submission; a pack does not promise the same number of audio and video results.
Google sign-in qualifies for a one-time gift of 6 credits, valid for 7 days. Email and password accounts receive no free credits. There is no daily allowance or separate free video trial. The gift does not renew and cannot be claimed again by linking another Google account. Previously issued credits retain their original conditions.
Finished samples play free. New personal generations require a verified account and enough credits. Gift credits and paid credits work across the three tools; a gift does not grant official download entitlement.
Credits may be reserved when a task is accepted and settled when delivery is verified. A confirmed technical generation failure releases reserved credits. A submission whose result is unresolved retains its original task identity while it is checked; it is not automatically submitted again or treated as a confirmed failure.
Playback, effects and repeat access to the same result do not create a new generation. Official audio and video exports require current verified paid eligibility and an available retained result. A credit balance alone does not prove paid export eligibility. A current paid plan or pack can allow export of an earlier free work while it is still available. It does not regenerate a missing or expired result.
6. Prices, payments and renewal
One video: $4.99 USD once for 6 credits, valid for 365 days. No automatic renewal.
Starter: $9.90 USD once for 12 credits, valid for 365 days. No automatic renewal.
Creator: $19.90 USD once for 30 credits, valid for 365 days. No automatic renewal.
Studio: $29.90 USD once for 48 credits, valid for 365 days. No automatic renewal.
Only one-time packs are offered for new purchases. Existing purchased credits, orders and subscription commitments remain subject to their original contract.
Historical subscription terms: Studio Monthly $9.99 USD per month and Studio Annual $95.90 USD per year. Previously purchased periods retain 30 monthly credits and their original terms.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Unused monthly credits roll over for 1 month, up to 60 total. An annual subscription is billed for the full year; the monthly equivalent shown on pricing is not a monthly charge.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Check the plan, currency, billing interval and final total in checkout before paying. Your payment provider may apply its own exchange rates or fees. A purchase is confirmed by the payment and account records, not merely by opening checkout or returning to a page. We disclose changes to future prices or terms before they apply; they do not retroactively change a completed purchase or an already-paid subscription period.
7. Cancelling a subscription
Cancel the next renewal through Manage billing when available, or contact support@tagvoxa.com if you cannot access billing. Follow the confirmation in your billing account. Closing the browser, ceasing use or removing a photo does not cancel a subscription.
Cancellation keeps the already-paid subscription period available, including remaining monthly credit grants in a paid annual period. It does not create a refund request. Separate pack credits retain their own expiry. You can ask support about a cancellation that is not reflected in your account.
8. Refunds and payment disputes
An unused credit pack is eligible for a full refund requested within 14 days of purchase. For an initial annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days if no more than 20% of its first monthly credit grant has been used. Monthly subscriptions have no prorated refund for unused time. Cancelling renewal stops the next renewal and keeps the already-paid period available; it does not submit a refund request. These rules do not restrict rights required by applicable law.
To request a refund, email support@tagvoxa.com with the subject "Refund Request", your account email, receipt or transaction reference, purchase date and reason. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or sensitive photos. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days; this is a response target, not a guarantee of approval or a bank processing deadline.
Requests are reviewed; no refund is issued automatically. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on Stripe and your bank. Contact support about duplicate or unauthorized charges. Contacting us does not waive your right to raise a payment dispute or exercise statutory rights.
9. Delivery, storage and deletion
An accepted generation is processed asynchronously. Processing time varies with the model and its queue; no fixed delivery time is guaranteed. Check the original task in your account and contact support if it remains unresolved. Do not repeatedly create new tasks to recover the same submission. A successful result becomes available in the account workspace when delivery is verified.
The service provides access to uploaded photos for 7 days after saving and generated audio and video for 7 days after completion, subject to deletion requests and safety restrictions. Export available results within that period. Paid credits and subscription periods do not extend media retention. Account records are retained while the account is active, with billing and legal records retained as required. Expiry of access is separate from permanent deletion. Contact support to request deletion of stored media. Removing a browser selection is not a deletion request.
Request account or data deletion through support@tagvoxa.com from your account email. We verify ownership and explain any billing, legal or security records that must remain. Account deletion, cancellation of renewal and a refund are separate requests; if you need more than one, say so explicitly. The privacy policy explains data handling and your rights.
10. Availability and service changes
We may limit or suspend a feature to address safety, outages, provider changes or misuse. Features depend on external generation and payment services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every requested result can be produced. We will handle unresolved tasks and applicable refunds under the rules above rather than promising indefinite storage or unlimited retries.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI outputs are provided without a guarantee that they will satisfy a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

We will publish updates on this page and identify material changes before they apply where required. These terms do not select an exclusive court or require arbitration. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.
